"We would like to express our gratitude to Lease Advisors and most especially to Petar.
The whole process from beginning to end was dealt with professionally, all our questions answered thoroughly and promptly.
Petar was always available for us by phone or e-mail.
We were approached by other tower acquisition companies but we felt that the way their contracts read and the money offered were not quite satisfactory. We felt a lot of pressure with daily phone calls, etc.
We finally took the decision to transfer the lease to Lease Advisors under the advice of our real estate agents, who reassured us it would not reflect on the sale of the property.

Kept Us Informed
"I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with ADAM GUBIC, Senior Property Consultant of LEASE ADVISORS in the settlement of a property in Adelaide.
During all of the protracted negotiations, namely by legal advisors on both sides, I found Adam kept us informed of exactly at what stage we were at in the deal process. At no stage did I ever think the deal would fall through. Adam kept reinforcing this even when we both felt the lawyers were dragging things out a bit. "Lease Advisors' initial offer was a fair one when compared to their competitors. I was especially attracted to the lack of onerous conditions placed on the site itself. The Lease Advisors' contract has a finite end of contract time frame. Other competitors requested a perpetual interest in the physical site. Furthermore I was attracted to having Lease Advisors undertake all future contractual negotiations with the telecommunication companies involved with the site.
The team at Lease Advisors was willing to listen to us about why some contractual conditions were not applicable to a rural site, this was in stark contrast to their competitors and over time resulted in a contract considered to be fair and acceptable to both parties. This most likely reflects the ability of our consultant, Mr. Petar Rajcevic, to listen and understand the needs of his clients.

We Were Very Impressed
"We recently negotiated the sale of our telecommunications tower lease to Lease Advisors. Although we had been approached by another company, after some consideration we chose to accept the deal offered to us by Lease Advisors because their proposal best suited our requirements.

Very Flexible and Accommodating
"We considered the concept of converting long term rental income that incurred a tax liability and completed a Net Present Value of the current income streams from Telstra and Optus over 20 and 40 years and found that we could use the value to grow our farming enterprise better than the annual revenue that we received. Once we made the decision to sell our leases it became clear to us and our accountant that a substantial portion of the proceeds would be lost to the government if we accepted a rental income brought forward. In our case we have accumulated some capital losses that burdened our financial statements and we wanted to offset those accumulated losses against a capital gain that resulted through the sale of our existing leases that are assists.
In order to do what we needed, Lease Advisers recognised that we required the sale of the telecom leases to be executed as a capital sale rather than bringing forward rental income that would be taxed in the year that it was received. I can happily say that your team was up for the challenge after we worked together to better define what we both required from the sale.
We found Lease Advisors to be very flexible and receptive to alternative sale processes and at no point did they adopt the 'take it or leave' style of negotiation. We really appreciate your approach to the contract negotiation process and the support to adopt a different model to meet both our needs rather than the usual approach by others.
